WE CAN HELP YOUR AGENTS CLOSE ON MORE HOMES, INCREASE REFERRALS, AND PROVIDE A SMOOTH TROUBLE-FREE TRANSACTION!

To Real Estate Professionals:

We are Mortgage Loan Inspection® (MLI) and we have developed a highly innovative service for the real estate industry. It’s a unique, mortgage protection and assistance program created for homebuyers. In addition, the service provides Realtors® with an essential sales tool not available until now. A Mortgage Loan Inspection® is like a Home Inspection, but for a mortgage. Our program is one of the most important advancements in the real estate industry in the past 20 years. We are not a mortgage lender, nor are we affiliated with any mortgage lenders.

Since the mortgage crisis began, the lending process for consumers has become far more difficult. The new changes in underwriting guidelines and loan programs have created an uncertainty and confusion with Realtors® and their buyers. The MLI staff is comprised of former mortgage underwriters, processors, wholesale account and bank executives. They are kept up-to-date on a regular basis with the latest industry news so they fully understand any and all new changes in the mortgage process, paperwork and underwriting requirements needed for mortgage approval.

Our service begins before the homebuyer ever makes an offer on a property. We fully prepare them for the entire loan process prior to their initial meeting with a mortgage lender. Preparing homebuyers in this manner can dramatically increase their ability to obtain mortgage financing in a shorter period of time. Working closely together with homebuyers, we can identify any potential lending problems or concerns before they become a problem for them or you. We take the fear out of financing a home for consumers.

How can our service help you sell more homes and get more referrals?

Easy, first we make sure you don’t lose another deal at the last minute because of financing problems. A homebuyer working with MLI will already be fully approved by an underwriter versus a pre-approval letter from a loan officer, giving your client the upper hand when making an offer on a property.

Throughout the entire mortgage process, MLI is constantly monitoring the overall status of the loan and providing all parties with updates at regular intervals ensuring an open line of communication at all times. This step is a key element to providing your clients with a successful, trouble free transaction that closes on time. Our goal is help prevent any last minute surprises or problems at the closing table. Providing your homebuyers with stress free, professional closing will translate into increased closings and more quality referrals for your business.

MLI can help Realtors® increase their current business by as much as 20% or more, just by referring our service to prospective homebuyers. One of the many ways you can generate more sales is from your weekend open house. When prospects visit your open house, tell them that your Real Estate Company has an exclusive new service that’s designed to help them save hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in lender fees and closing costs plus show them how to negotiate for the best interest rate and loan terms. We determine what Realtor® referred us and ensure the prospect goes right back to that Realtor®. By providing this specialty service, you will always know what is happening with your prospects and be able to track your sales efforts in creating new business.

MLI’s Marketing and Client Services Division will also contact, if provided by you, the prospects from the weekend guest list. Any new leads we can generate from the guest list will also be given directly back to the referring Realtor®. Any prospective client we speak with, the Realtor® will be given an update, via email or by phone with the results from contact.

MLI has a Marketing and Client Services Division that actively solicits referrals from the new clients that are referred to us. After a successful closing, we immediately contact the new homeowners to complete a questionnaire about their sales experience and satisfaction with our service. During the interview process, we ask them if they know of anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home either now or in the near future. Any leads we are able to generate from the client follow up will be promptly given to participating Realtors® while the lead is fresh.

These are just a few of the many ways that Mortgage Loan Inspection® can help you in generating more sales. To hear more ways on how we can help you increase your sales just by adding our service to your company’s resources, please contact me for a meeting today.

I would enjoy the opportunity to meet with you personally, so we may discuss the many benefits we can provide to you and your company. I will contact you in the next day or two to schedule an opportunity to present our dynamic service and potential revenue stream to you and your sales staff. If you prefer more immediate attention, Please contact me at 828-423-0078 to schedule an appointment that would be convenient for you. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Russel E. Grappone

Are you getting the best loan for your money?

In the mortgage business, second opinions count.  Experience has shown that fifty percent of borrowers are either placed into the wrong loan program, paying fees they don’t need to pay, or both.  These mistakes can cost the borrow thousands of dollars over the life of their loan.  As you prepare to make the biggest purchase of your life, it pays to compare!
Unfortunately, many borrowers find out too late that internet lenders who specialize in spam and false promises are neither ethical nor trustworthy. Telemarketers and direct mail lenders often specialize in the use of false or misleading information to entrap unsuspecting customers.
It is important for you to understand what may be really behind the promises and gimmicks of these “No Closing Cost Loans”, “Low 1.25% Interest Rate” and “$225,000 for $750 a Month”. We have heard and seen it all, stories of consumers misguidedly following these advertisements and smooth talking Loan Officer recommendations consequently ended up paying higher interest rates and points for a loan program they didn’t understand and that did not best suit their needs.
Mortgage Loan Inspection® encourages consumers to investigate at least 3 mortgage companies before making their final decision. In addition to low rates and fees, another consideration that should weigh just as importantly in the shrewd consumer’s mind should be that of service.
Understand both the positive and negative aspects of the loan program you are about to choose. You need to review at least 3 different loan programs, weigh your options then measure them against your own financial needs and capabilities before selecting the one that best meets your needs. Mortgage Loan Inspection® will work with you from start to finish helping you understand your options so you can select the right program for you.
You Can Save Money! On a $200,000 loan, a difference of 0.25% in the interest rate can amount to a savings of $124,000 over the length of the loan. For a short-term loan, you may want to pay fewer points and fees. Saving 1.5 points on a $200,000 loan is like having $3,000 more in your pocket.
Another great piece of advice from Mortgage Loan Inspection® is “STOP” waiting for a better rate; this can be a drastic mistake. “Don’t wait, Lock in your rate”! By trying to time the market, you may miss out on the ideal opportunity for financing at the lowest rate.
